Intensive Workshop
A focused intensive workshop for those who want to go beyond a one-day experience and begin understanding the foundations of leathercraft more deeply.
In a small group of up to 3 people, you will take part in the making process more fully — from pattern drawing and leather cutting to stitching, assembly, and finishing.
Unlike the one-day experience, this workshop gives you time to work with tools and processes that cannot be fully covered in a short session. You will learn by making, repeating, and gradually understanding how leather goods are built.
The intensive workshop is divided into two modules: a foundation module and a create-your-own project module.
The modules are recommended to be taken in order, especially for beginners.
Best For
- Those who want to learn leathercraft more deeply than a one-day experience
- Beginners who want to build solid foundational skills step by step
- Those who want to understand patterns, structure, stitching, and finishing
-
Those who may want to create their own design in the future

Workshops are held on Fridays or Saturdays. You do not need to attend every week consecutively; sessions can be arranged on available days according to your schedule and workshop availability.
For Module I, please choose the leather color you would like to work with before the first session. Your leather will be prepared in advance.
For Module II, leather and hardware are not included. They will be discussed and selected according to your project.
During the intensive workshop, you will use sharp tools and professional leathercraft equipment. For safety, each participant is responsible for following the instructions carefully while using the tools.
This workshop is designed as a hands-on learning experience. Small variations, marks, and imperfections may occur during the making process, and they are part of learning the craft by hand.
